Our Process
Framing your artwork starts with a free consultation. I can provide estimates on-line or by phone, but nothing substitutes for seeing the pieces in person. As customer satisfaction is my top priority, the consultation helps determine the best environment and design for your artworks.
The consultation begins with measuring and determining the best way to mount and preserve your artworks. The next step id to choose the matting and or framing that will showcase your pieces without drawing attention to the custom framing. The finished product should look as though the art and framing were never separate. From highly antique to ultra-modern styling and everything in between, these considerations ensure that each and every piece is framed appropriately.
The last step is to choose the glass option that best suits the artwork’s final destination. With so many types of glass available (conservation glass, non-glare conservation glass, museum glass and several types of acrylics) there is no reason to compromise on quality and or safety.
From the time of your consultation, completion of your order should occur within three weeks, barring any long term back orders from suppliers. The time frame ensures my full attention to quality and correctness and allows time to re-order pieces that are damaged or incorrect etc. However, I can accommodate rush orders if necessary.
